Happy Easter

Last year on Easter, we were stuck in St. Louis due to stormy weather (read about last year here).  This year we were able to make a quick trip to Kennett to spend Easter with our families.

On Saturday, my mom and I stimulated the local economy by visiting local shops and yard sales.  Look for posts on those purchases soon...I will say I scored an awesome Marc Jacobs dress at a consignment shop for $12!  That's crazy. 

We went to Easter services at my home church, First Baptist in Kennett, then spent the rest of the day with family and eating Easter candy.
