Sangria Mocktail

I'm always looking for mocktail versions of my favorite adult beverages.  My "virgin margaritas" on Cinco de Mayo were lacking to say the least.  So when I found a recipe for a Sangria Mocktail, I was ready to give it a try.  I found this recipe in the Wal-Mart circular last Sunday.  Random?  Absolutely.

Sangria Punch Mocktail

What you need:
4 cups cold cranberry cocktail
1 cup cold orange juice
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3/4 cup Country Time lemonade mix (I used pink lemonade)
3 cups cold club soda
2 orange sliced
2 limes sliced

Make It
Stir first 4 ingredients in 2 qt. glass or plastic pitcher until mix is dissolved.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Stir in club soda and fruit.  Serve over ice.

I must say, this was crazy good.  A great alternative to the adult version!  Cheers!
