Jason and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on January 20.  That weekend, we packed up the car (and the dogs) and took a road trip down to Mountain View, Arkansas for the weekend.  It was a much needed break from the busy city.

We stayed in a cabin on the bank of the White River, with no cell phone service and no Internet.  It was nice to be disconnected for the weekend, but thankfully we had satellite TV.  Otherwise I would have gone insane.  We ate at the local restaurants and shopped for antiques downtown.  Because we had no cell phone service, we got our "Words with Friends" fix by playing actual Scrabble.  I took tons of photos of the inside of the cabin.  I loved the rustic look and the over all feel of each room. 






We even took the dogs on a "nature" walk down by the river.
